What Causes Severe Pain In The Feet And Toes While Having Diabetes?

My husband has type 2 diabetes and is in a lot of pain in his feet& toes. He takes Cymbalta for it ,along with many other meds for the diabetes. This pain has become pretty severe over the last few days& nights. Is there anything else he can do for some relief? Thank you!

for pain relief i would suggest following drugs .
tab voveron sr 100 twice daily after meal.
tab pan 40 once daily before breakfast.
continue for 3-5 days
the cause of pain in feet and toes in case of diabetes usually occurs due to microvascular changes in leg and condition is termed as peripheral neuropathy .your husbands should do followings to control his blood dugar level to improve his health.
take antidiabetic medicine regularly without fail as prescribed by your doctor.
avoid foods containing sugar and excess carbohydrates like potato,rice,dessert.
he should do exercise daily for 30 minutes atleast.
he should avoid junk and oily foods.
he should take fruits and vegetables regularly .
controlling blood sugar level is of utmost importance to avoid complications caused by diabetes.
regular test of fasting blood sugar is essential to be seen by your doctor.
