General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I am sorry for the painful situation you are going through.

Severe pain in the ears could be due to various factors including:
- infection of the ears or nearby organs
- arthritis of the ear bones
- blocked Eustachian tube
- spondyloarthrosis of the neck area

You say to have been visiting various specialists who have found nothing so far. It could be great if you send the reports to me so I can evaluate the changes myself.

If I was your caring doctor would advise to run some diagnostic tests and visits including:
- ENT examination
- x-ray of the neck area
- monitoring of the blood pressure (bp) and blood sugar levels (bsl)
- complete blood count
- CRP/ERS tests

If still nothing is found, then Ct-scan of the head is recommended to get the right diagnosis.

For the moment, I recommend to take analgesic pills orally, apply warm clothing on the ear, keep the neck area warm, apply essential oil to keep warm and relaxed.

Hope this helps.
