General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms could be due to back muscle spasm, nerve compression/cervical radiculopathy. I would suggest to consult orthopedics surgeon and undergo examination, routine blood tests, chest x ray and MRI if needed. Specific treatment depend on cause. Meanwhile take following treatment for next 10-12 days:

- NSAIDS like Naproxen along with muscle relaxants such as Tizanidine Gabapentin and B 12 supplementation can lead to adequate recovery and resolution of the pain symptoms.

- Take proper rest, apply Diclofenac gel.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
