What Causes Severe Pain In The Back And Lower Abdomen?
My back, and lower stomach are in a lot of pain, I don t know of they re related because the lower stomach pain started days ago and the lower back pain started a few hours ago but I don t know what to do. I feel the lower stomach pain a lot more when I lay down at night. I m a 19 year old female if that s relevant

1. its may be a simple gastritis.
2. it may be normal if its present few days around your periods.
3. back pain may be a different cause.
