What Causes Severe Pain In The Arms And Lower Back?

Hello, I had a spinal cord stimulator placed July 31 and due to a reaction from gabapentin I feel and fx my t7 spinous process (my stimulator was placed at t6). I also had to have the battery pack replaced due to movement. I then feel down a flight of stairs about v2 Weeks ago and have had serve mid back pain since. I also feel like the stimulation is making me more clumsy and I am falling a lot more. I m having a CT mylegram on the 20th but with this pain is constant sharp stabbing and when I move my arms it shot to both middle fingers. When I move my upper body the pain gets so intense that I can t bare it. I m up Everytime I move at night. Do you have any idea what could of happened? I started with lower back pain hence scs but this upper back pain combined with my lower back pain is horrible. I wish I never got the scs and suffered through with the continuous injections and constant pain needs. I m on more meds now than prior. I just want an idea of what I might of done to my upper back.
