hi my name is patty my health question is I been getting a really strong pain an my left side of my stomach by my liver side and it goes to my back and it stop on my other side of my stomach and when the pain goes aways i feel really weak and my head started to hurt and i feel really nauses? You are a bit confused. Liver is on right side and if it is near liver may be a gallbladder issue, like infection or stone. Maybe a pancreas issue. If you have it on left then it may be kidney stones are causing it.
You have to do an abdominal ultrasound and an urine analysis and a total blood count.
