What Causes Severe Pain In The Abdomen And Fatigue?
I had back surgery through my stomach 2 years ago since then I have had major stomach issues. I have severe pain no menstrual cycle and I m always tired. I feel like I m being misdiagnosed since nothing seems to fix the issues and things seem to be getting worse

It's not sufficient to come to any conclusion, please consult with the doctor who had done surgery for you, get to free talk of all your suffering after the surgery. I think u need an upper gastro intestinal endoscopy to look up clinical state of post surgery site.
