I felt something pop in the rib area but it gave me a pain in my breast. It feels like somebody taking duck tape and putting on my nipple and ripping it off. It happens when I bend to sit down or if leaning back when I go to sit up. I can move my arm no pain shoulders up and down no pain cough and sneeze some pain in rib area. Pushing in rib area no pain. I move my head all around no pain. I can move legs and back no pain. When I bend massive horrible pain to the nipple. Any idea of any sorts what it could be? thanks
