General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome.

I would have prefered to learn the exact location of the lower abdominal pain (left, middle, right), radiation of pain, abdominal tenderness, etc. But with the information at hand there are a number of things like appendicitis, intestinal abnormalities, urinary bladder related abnormalities, etc.

Please speak to your doctor about a complete blood profile, stool analysis, urine analysis and abdominal and pelvic ultrasound. Only with the help of these investigations can we establish an accurate diagnosis.

Best wishes.
