What Causes Severe Pain During Urination?

Hello.
About 6 days ago I was having horrible pain while urinating. I had frequent urination, followed by painful urination, lower stomach cramping, and stringy blood in my urine. I took cranberry pills in order to reduce the pain. Today, 5 days after the pain subsided, I am having the same pain I experienced prior. Every time I stand up, I need to urinate. Every time I urinate, I am shaking from the pain in my urethra. It feels like I'm trying to pee out a razor blade. Every time I wipe, there is a little blood. I feel like I constantly have to urinate, even when I don't have to. I have cold sweat and I keep getting the chills and goose bumps. I have UTI's every so often but I was wondering since I had cold sweat and chills if this could be a kidney or bladder infection...or kidney stones?

Hello and thanks for your question.
It's my first priority to help you.
Well such blood in urine, severe during urination, chills indicates urinary tract infection and it can be caused due to kidney stone.
And I would recommend to undergo Ultrasound whole abdomen, urinalysis, urine culture and sensitivity test.
Untreated infection can cause complications so see your doctor ASAP.
Hope this helps.
