General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms could be due to musculoskeletal pain/costochondritis. pleuritis, pancreatitis, kidney infection/kidney stone, gastritis. I would suggest to consult internal medicine specialist for clinical evaluation and undergo blood tests like CBC, KFT, amylase, chest x-ray, USG scan if needed.

Specific treatment depend on cause. If all investigations comes normal then pain mostly due to musculoskeletal pain. Meanwhile take following advises:

- Tablet DAN
- MRTablet rantac before meal
- Apply Diclofenac gel, avoid exertion, take proper rest and apply warm pad application.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
