What Causes Severe Pain Below Ribs On Left Side?
At night in bed I have severe pain just below my ribs on my left side. It hurts a lot when I move, but when I get up to go to the bathroom I expel gas very forcefully and the pain goes away. Back in bed it eventually comes back, with the same result. I am fine during the day.

This could be due to gastritis caused by stomach hyperacidity
in my opinion you should take tab pantoprazole 40mg with antacids immediate relief
have plenty of fluids and fresh fruits
