Neurologist 's  Response
Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms seem to be related to Cluster Headache or SUNCT, which are similar types of headaches.
For this reason, I recommend consulting with a neurologist and discussing on the possibility of starting preventive therapy with Verapamil for a reduce in headaches severity and frequency. Steroids could also help for short periods of time.
If drugs are not helpful, occipital nerve block can help.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards, Dr. Aida
