What Causes Severe Numbness In The Toe?

When I step I feel like I have a hair wrapped around my three inner left toes, my toes are slightly numb I can still feel though but I feel more of my nail on my right toes than I do on my left toes. This is the 2nd day. No signs of bruising, discoloration, I didnt hit my toe on anything. I dont know what this could be or where to begin.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to peripheral neuropathy. For further assessment you may require MRI back, nerve conduction studies after physician consultation.

You may require tablet Pregabalin and multivitamin after consultation. Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
