What Causes Severe Numbness In The Feet And Neck Pain?

Hi, I woke up approx 4 weeks ago with severe numbess in both feet and ascending paralysis on my left side. The numbness came up to my ribs on the left side and has continued to deteriorate making it increasingly difficult to walk. I ve seen a gp, neurosurgeon, and neurologist. Several MRI s have been done and a spinal tap was done 3 days ago. I m experiencing severe pain in my neck especially when I move from side to side. This began yesterday and I ve associated it with spinal headaches from the spinal tap as they had to inject the needle in two separate places. Is this pain in the neck a normal side effect from a spinal tap?
