What Causes Severe Itching Around Neck And Face And White Coating Over Tongue?

I have severe itching around my neck and face like my hair is stinging me real bad and swollen glands and its leaving welts all over my neck and chin area and my eyebrow and eyelids constantly are itchy and I have a white film over my tongue and I can hear popping and cracking like bugs are in me! Its scaring me to death and I just wanna cut all my hair off! Im am broke and cant pay!

hiii.welcome to our site.i have gone through your question.my opinion is that, are having irritation dermatitis.avoid wearing tight shirts.avoid wearing collar button.take tablet levocetrizine twice daily for 5 days to control itching.apply calamine lotion over the itchy area for 5 days.
white tongue may be due to many reasons like typhoid fever,candidiasis,lekoplakia etc.,so kindly consult your physician to evaluate the proper cause.thank you.
