What Causes Severe Itchiness On The Penis?

IMy partner found under the head of his penis that beige color and he said he was extremely itchy. I saw it but not sure it was a worm. He hasn t had a problem since but he is dealing with other health issues. He is 75 and was wondering if he can get worms. His diet is mainly yoplait yogurt , ensure and Gatorade

I understand your concern.
What itching sensation your partner is experiencing about on your penis could be superficial skin infection.
Kindly ask him to wash the area with warm water and mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily.
After drying, let him apply Neomycin skin ointment over the lesions.
Let him take antiinflammatory Tablet. Ibuprofen after food. To overcome itchy sensation, he needs to take Tablet.Levocetrizine once daily.
He needs to maintain good personal hygiene.
