hi,
thank you for putting up your query on HCM.
as per you history, you have chronic urticaria which is a allergic condition of the skin. it is important for you to know, what aggravates your condition, like it can be aggravated by drugs; food like youghurt, tomato, brinjal, lemon etc.; stress, infections, also physical factors like cold, water exposure, heat, exercise, vibrations. it can be autoimmune or idiopathic also.
my treatment aadvise would be:
1. avoidance of the factor which is resposible for your lesions.
2. take levocetrizine once a day daily and one tab of
albendazole 400mg to be taken only once.
3. also tablet famotidine 20 mg twice a day to be taken.
4. since you have a chronic nature of disease, you can go for asst after consulting a
dermatologist.
5. other modalities of treatment include a course of
corticosteroids,
cyclosporine,
hydroxychloroquine if resistant to above treatment.
thank you
