What Causes Severe Headaches, Sweating And Shoulder Pain?

I ve been getting really bad headaches with sweating and a pain in my left shoulder. I even get nauseous. When I feel like this my Bp is slightly elevated, 150/90. This has been going on for almost a week now. I spent Christmas in bed just exhausted. Today at work I did an EKG thst said abnormal repolarized. What could this be
