What Causes Severe Headaches, Stomach Cramps And Dizziness?
I have been having bad headaches, sore neck and bad stomach cramping for three days now. Every so often I get hot, dizzy and feel like i might throw up but have not yet. My stomach is making loud noises and it even feels like its moving at times. It comes in waves it seems and when it does I have trouble swallowing. The cramping pain kind of feels like I m starving but kind of feels like indigestion maybe? I am not sure how to explain it.
Many causes for stomach pain, headache, and dizziness. Most common causes are acute gastritis or peptic ulcer disease or irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel problems or viral flu etcetera. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Mohammed Abdullah
