What Causes Severe Headaches,nose Bleeds And Stomach Cramps?

Hi I m 18 years old and I m a female . In the past few days I have had nose bleeds with severe headaches only on one side of my head . I ve also been having stomach cramps. I don t know what these symptoms could be or if the stomach cramps and nose bleeds are connected .
