General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome.

Most headaches that occur during a workout are related to either blood pressure fluctuations of a drop in blood glucose levels.

As you experienced a similar headache during your sleep, I would urge you to get your blood glucose and blood pressure monitored and elaborately evaluated. Any fluctuations need to be corrected at the earliest with the help of medications and lifestyle modifications.

Best wishes.
