What Causes Severe Headaches And Nausea?

I am 23 year old female. I have a submandibular benign growth that I am scheduled to have removed. Howver over the past few days I have been suffering from bad headaches and nausea. The doctor took an MRI and assured it wasn t cancer from what he could tell, however I feel very anxious about it. What is my problem?

Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.
I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your head ache.
You need to understand that benign growth like your submandibular do not metastatize (spread). So you don't need to worry.
May be because of planed sub mandibular surgery you might have taken too much stress which lead to tension headache.
And there are too many causes of headache to be enlisted, in your case it has been scanned that there is no growth in your head you must not worry any more.

Hope you will be healthy soon.
Regards
Dr Muzaffar
