What Causes Severe Headaches And Nausea?
65 year old female. Air thick with smoke. I have had headaches that come fast and furious. Nausea...no vomiting. I can t stay awake very long. Take hour and a half naps. I m usuall very active. Have a tracheotomy since March because of bilateral vocal fold immobility. Dr also removed thyroid and ne para thyroid and made two paras from one. We keep windows closed and locked and stay inside. Headache is mostly due to tension headache or high blood pressure
Please give detail history of headache
Like
- your first headache symptom or you frequently have headache
-symptoms like photophobia or phonophobia
-any sleep disturbance
- any stressors
- high blood pressure?
- you can take paracetamol tablet for headache but
Please visit any doctor near to you for proper history and examination, and proper diagnosis.
Then start other medicine.
