General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The intensity of a headache suggest the possibility of a vascular headache and I recommend to undertake an MRI of the brain which is much informative over the CT scan.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
