Suggest Treatment For Severe Headaches And Swollen Lymph Node?

I have had severe headaches for 2weeks now that have recently turned into migraines accompanied by swollen lymph nodes. Any ideas on causes and treatments? The pain from the migraine is mainly the back of the skull at the base of the neck and sometimes on the front right side of my skull. The pain is debilitating and feels like my head is getting crushed and nothing stops the pain.

Hello,

First of all, the swollen lymph nodes is an alarming sign, because it could be an acute infection or a symptom of other diseases such as cancer or chronic infection.

Second, you should do some investigations such as a CT brain, CBC and fasting blood sugar.

If all investigations were negative, you could ask an oncologist for help. Because some types of cancer can cause headache and other manifestations.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
