General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I share your concern
Looking at your history this could be due to cluster headache, cervical spondylitis, refractory error of eye or sinusitis
I would like to know since how long you have this problem?

I would advise you for a few investigation like blood for hemoglobin CBC, X ray PNS (paranasal sinuses), X ray cervical spine, MRI and MRV

You can take ibuprofen for headache
Try to identify trigger for headache and correct it accordingly
Hope this answers your question
thanks and regards
