What Causes Severe Headaches Along With Fatigue And Skipped Heart Beats?

I am a white middle class male, semi retired, age 68 - taking only a baby aspirin each day. I have a throbbing headache, my heart is skipping beats and I feel very weak all over. My blood pressure is currently 128/61 and pulse is 73. I have had and been treated for a fib in the past and there is a history of stroke and heart attack in my family. I don t drink alcohol or smoke. I have been drinking coconut water, hoping it would help lessen the symptoms. What is the difference between PVCs, PACs and AFIB? I d like to be able to tell the difference and know what I can do to help myself or see a doctor if I actually need help. I have these episodes fairly often.

pvcs and pacs are isolated skipped beats of the heart. spelled out “premature ventricular contraction” or “premature atrial contraction”. they are usually benign but basically tell you that the heart is irritated. you can thing of a fib as sustained premature atrial contractios where the heart’s atria beats out of sync with the rest of the heart. because it beats out of rhythm, blood is not ejected out of the heart as normal. this leads to low blood pressure and what we In the medical profession call “stasis of blood” in the chambers of the heart. this stasis can lead to clot formation and ultimately a stroke if it gets dislodged. it is for this reason that a fib is far more serious than pacs or pvcs.
