What Causes Severe Headaches Along With Ear Pain And Dizziness?

Hi Its been 4 days of apocalyptic debilitating head and ear ache ,can t sleep , no appetite ,a little dizzy at times , head is in a fish bowl , trying to drink lots but probably manage about 1 gallon per day and night, temp gage is off too hot then too cold and can t warm up. Same simtums back in december which put me down for 5 days. Taking ibripropane a few times a day and just toughing it out. Oh I m 55 yr old male Thanks

Your symptoms suggest possible ear inflammation, I would suggest to visit ENT doctor for examination of ear and treatment accordingly. Meanwhile, you can take Tylenol to reduce inflammation and pain.
