What Causes Severe Headache?

hi, When i was working out all of sudden i developed severe headache and it is been since 3 days the pain still lingers (comes and goes). If i do any exercise my head starts to pain severly. It is on the left side from the back to the front. What could be the cause ?. I went to a GP he checked my blood pressure which is normal, no cold , no sinus etc.

Hello,

I would suggest you do an X-ray of the cervical spine. A pinched cervical nerve can cause a one-sided headache.

It can be caused probably by a bulking disc of none formation that may be caused during exercising.

I would suggest you take rest. Use anti-inflammatory drugs such as Advil or Naproxen for pain relief.
