What Causes Severe Headache When Suffering From Pituitary Adenoma?

Hi, my son has a pituitary adenoma, prolactin induced. he is taking cabergoline 0.5 mg biw. he has lost 50 lbs due to nausea and upset stomach. it has been a year. his tumor is now 1.7 cm from 2. prolactin was 651 and is now 3.7. he is presently in hosp from episode of severe headache and pressure. any suggestions on how to proceed.

Don't worry he in the correct way of treatment,and the response is also good. He will be fine soon.
The present symptoms are headache,and pressure. The cause might be some thing else like fever, indigestion etc.
If he feels,trouble some you can consult an endocrinologist for diagnosis.
