What Causes Severe Headache And Vomiting After A Head Injury?
My boyfriend fell off of an apartment balcony as a kid (about 7 years old) and the doctors told him nothing was wrong he just had a cracked skull. He now (age 18) suffers from servere headaches, sometimes vomits out of no where, gets dizzy every now and then, very few times either runs a fever or gets hot flashes that last a while & also sometimes times sleeps all day . What could be wrong with him? He s scared to go to the hospital because his dad passed away from cancer and he scared of any bad news...

He really needs to have his head imaged, probably with an MRI. It does not mean he has cancer but it sounds like he may have some pressure buildup in his head. This can be treated but he really needs to see a doctor or go to Emergency immediately
