Emergency Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Yes, since he has complaints related to head injury, has loss of consciousness and headache, it is better to get a head CT scan done and rule out any bleed, concussion or fracture. It is better to be sure he is all fine, if he continues to complain.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
