I have type 2 diabetes and fibromyalgia. I take Metformin and glipizide for the diabetes. Recently I was having severe never pain in my left side of my head, cluster nerve pain in my temple. My doctor diagnosed it as a form of neuropathy. I take Duloxetine for my fibromyalgia nerve pain already but he put me on Gapapetin for the neuropathy. It helped with the nerve pain but I have been so dizzy for the last couple of weeks since being on it, plus having tingling in both hands. I also was diagnosed with carpal tunnel. I ve been checking my sugar numerous times a day and it doesn t correlate with the dizziness so far. I m worried about it being a heart issue.
