Neurologist 's  Response
Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

Regarding your concern, you should know that tremor is a common adverse effect of valproic acid. For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your neurologist and discussing the possibility of switching to another anti-epileptic drug, to help improve your situation.
I would also recommend performing some blood lab tests (complete blood count, blood electrolytes, thyroid hormone levels, valproic acid plasma levels) and consulting with an ophthalmologist for the pressure on your left eye.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best wishes!
