What Causes Severe Hair Loss Inspite Of Using Minoxidil?

I am a female, Severe hair fall in a day, this is being happening for last 8 months and consulted 2 specialist. I am using minoxidal 5 percentage since last 3 months and no progress yet. I am worried is there any other health problem which is causing for my hair loss. I am going to get marry in another 2 months. I am mentally down now because of this. My TSH, Blood count, and Hemoglobin are normal

I really appreciate your concern, in female patient hair fall could be due to hair root fungal infection, hormone changes, history of drugs, endocrine dysfunction, malnutrient, hypovitaminosis, pediculosis, dandruff, all these need to be ruled out, till then you may continue the "Minoxidil 5 %" hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
