Hi,

Enteric fever is not usually causative of hair loss but antibiotics usage may have lead so however other causes like nutritional deficiencies should be ruled out. Supplements for vitamin C and E as well as zinc and selenium may be helpful. Other causes like alopecia areata may be ruled out after dermatologist review.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
