I have been having some strange things happening to me recently. First I have lost about 8-10 pounds, due to stress from a life change I believe, but also my hair is falling out getting thinner, I have been spotting ( I am 40) 10 days afer my menstral cyle ended and am due to start again on the 29th of this month, and now I have a vibration feeling in my right foot. Can you please tell me if this is normal from stress or should I be concerned? I do not feel stressed at all, so this is why I ask.
