What Causes Severe Fatigue?

I am 60 yers old and don t normaly feel im getting old but the last 3 weeks maybe I feel just plain crapy I have had a full blood test as a regular thing with the doctor but all is good ther but I just don t feel well at all but cant put my finger on anything at all

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may need a thyroid function test to make sure that these levels are normal.

Low levels of thyroid hormone can cause fatigue.

If you have not done a complete blood count, this should also be requested to rule out anemia as a cause of your increased tiredness.
