What Causes Severe Fatigue, Dizzy Spells And Fever?

I have been feeling tired for almost 2 weeks now. Been sleeping a lot. Had a few dizzy spells & felt feverish. I started feeling a little better over the weekend but today got really dizzy short of breathe & pain between my breast but down a little bit. I can t tell if it s my stomach or if it s chest pains. Could I be having a heart attack?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to hyperacidity and it may be associated with some emotional stress here the age and gender matters the great, in my opinion condition can be tried with, "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at evening time for three weeks, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
