General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

I understand your concern.

Swelling in hands and feet could be due to various causes:
- blockage of local blood vessels
- cardiovascular issues
- internal organs malfunctioning especially when it comes to liver and kidney

Further tests are recommended to determine the right diagnosis.

Dark spots are indicating blood is sludging and not circulating adequately. Keep extremities raised. Limit salt intake.

All the best.
