What Causes Severe Fatigue And Low Blood Pressure Levels?

Husband, age 69, is experiencing weakness - he s white (almost as a sheet, but not quite), unable to get up, vision is fine, I couldn t feel his pulse - he tends to have low blood pressure, and slight tingling in extremities, but he has that a lot anyway.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can take ORS powder with water. Take protein rich food and drinks milk. Take Tramadol and Paracetamol combination 2 times a day for 5 days. If you have same complain after taking medicine. If not resolved then consult your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
