Hi sir my namr is shams My problem is i m feeling very much weakness since 15 days i drink milk everyday and i had my blood test everything is fine and normal i m also having acidity problem now since 15 days i m feeling weakness and no hungryness pls tell me what would be the problem

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Anorexia and weakness can be caused by many reasons. It is possible that you are unable to eat because of gastritis. I would advise you to take an over the counter antacid like tablet Ranitidine on empty stomach for a few days.

Sometimes faulty eating habits like not eating on time or eating processed foods can lead to gastritis. Eat small healthy meals at short intervals and incorporate a lot of fruits and vegetables.

Also get your thyroid profile done as hypothyroidism can sometimes cause weakness and lethargy. If you do not see any improvement in a few days, then you should ask your physician to prescribe you an appetite stimulant like Cyproheptadine for a few days.
