What Causes Severe Fatigue Along With Muscle Ache And Excessive Hunger?
I switched from Levothyroxine 125 to Synthroid 125 three months ago to avoid the use of gluten in many CVS Levothyroxine vendors. Have celiac. My pharmacist and I made the switch not thinking it required a visit to my internist. Am experiencing strange symptoms: real fatigue, muscle aches, oddly- extreme hunger, headaches. No weight change. My TSH dropped to 2.0 from 3.3 during this period. Please weigh in! Could e change of thyroid medication be causing these symptoms? I am not a complainer, but they are significant.
