What Causes Severe Fatigue Along With Excessive Sweating?

I ve have had 2 episodes of severe weakness followed by a profuse sweat all over my body. It makes me feel like I am going to pass out. One Incident was back in October 2017 just walking around in a store and the other occurred today while I was out for a walk at lunch. I do have Hypthyroidism and mild hypertension in which I am currently taking thyroid replacement med as well as blood pressure meds. I do try to exercise on a regular basis and considered healthy for the most part. Any Ideas what could be causing these episodes and should I got to my doctor for a checkup.

I think this episodes seem like hypoglycaemia episodes. Maybe you took the thyroid replacement drug twise.
I also would like to advice you to do a check up and to see glucose levels because it maybe a reactive hypoglycaemia in case you suffer from damaged glucose tolerance.
