General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Yes, Topamax makes you tired. Topamax can cause side effects such as memory problems, trouble concentrating, problems with speech, sleep problems, feeling tired, headache and dizziness and loss of appetite.

Topamax can also increase the change of depression or mood changes but this is usually dose related.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
