What Causes Severe Drowsiness?
I am feeling very drunk even though I haven t had a drink of beer or liquior. Was walking into Wal-mart store and was walking side to side. My husband said, my eyes looked very big and keeps asking if I am okay. He wanted to take me home and I said no, so I went to a BP machine. My BP was 119/70. At home now and notice everytime I look up or down, I get this drunk feeling. I ate mac & cheese and hoping maybe I just needed something to eat. My vision is a little blurr.

you should get your Retina checked if vision is blurred with feeling of drowsiness . I would also advise you to get your thyroid function test and a complete blood panel done to rule out other causes of drowsiness
