What Causes Severe Dizziness, Panic Attacks And Burping Post Intake Of Tamoxifen?

I have been out on tamoxifen eleven days ago and have got really bad head dizziness and panic attacks and burping after five years on arimidex exrmerstane and letrozole in a right wreck had constant pain in my joints for five years is it ok to try half a tamoxifen tablet instead of the full one

If your feeling allergic to it you need to consult your doctor he will advice alternate drug to you.
