Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe dizziness, nausea, migraine, sore throat and headache which seems to be due to upper respiratory tract infection. But the symptoms can also occur due to condition like sinusitis. I would suggest you to visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should go for throat swab test , CT scan of sinuses to rule out sinusitis and get blood tests done and start treatment after proper diagnosis. You should do warm saline gargles , take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain . You should take antiallergic medication such as Levocetrizine and taking steam one or twice a day ill be heplful. Take proper course of antibiotic along with mucolytic agents.Take decongestant nasal spray containing Xylometazoline or oxymetazoline. Doctor may also refer you to neurologist for condition like migraine. Chew a Vitamin C pellet daily to improve immunity.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
