I do understand your pain and discomfort. 1)As per your history is concerned the drug [flouxetine] has also side effects of dizziness so it is given in various amount in various disorders so talk about it to your doctor who prescribed this antidepressant. 2)Check your vital sign [BP,Pulse,RR rate,Temp]record it for 72 hours 3)check for [migraine ]if you have this problem first balance your hormone ,then check all trigger points if any thing found correct it.medication for this condition will be taken if there is no trigger points. 4)Check physical sign of cardiovascular system in detail for any abnormal signs present and if possible do an ECG 5)Check for BPH & AL by Ent doctor it is a physiological disorders due to canalith positioning,and they will advise you to do exercise 3 times a day and take medication [DOMSTAL-CZ twice per day] 6)Do check your blood sugar and TSH level to ruled out endocrine disorders 7)Take B-12 injection in IM 4 times per week up to one month then once a month for tingling sensation in lips I hope I was able to address your query.
